Christian Dorrer is an attorney-at-law at rk partners and specializes in international dispute resolution with the focus on complex litigation and arbitration proceedings. He represents clients in corporate law disputes and in all types of commercial law conflicts. He also has vast experience in foundation law (trusts). In addition, he is well-versed in real estate and construction law and advises real estate developers in project-related disputes. He also represents clients in dispute related proceedings in the area of banking & finance and in international sanctions and embargo law.
Clients value his expertise in the field of international commercial and investment arbitration, where he represents in proceedings under the rules of all leading arbitration institutions (in particular VIAC, ICC, SIAC, FIAC, HKIAC as well as ICSID and UNCITRAL).
