Claus Wintersteller advises companies and private individuals on corporate and commercial law with a focus on transactions (M&A) and reorganizations under the Austrian Reorganization Tax Act (UmgrStG). He advises clients on share and asset deals, joint ventures and syndicate agreements – from legal analysis and due diligence to contract drafting and negotiation through to closing. He also has further experience in real estate law (rental, lease, and purchase agreements, including BTVG processing).
Before joining rk partners, he worked as an associate at Fellner Wratzfeld & Partner, CERHA HEMPEL and SCWP Schindhelm and was involved in national and international transactions and restructurings.
