Fabian has been working as a Paralegal at rk partners since May 2024. In this role, he assists with the legal handling of ongoing cases and, in particular, provides support with legal research, the drafting of pleadings and legal documents, and the structured analysis of complex legal issues.
His practice focuses primarily on banking and finance law, corporate and business law, and energy law. In addition, he has contributed to several legal publications, bringing to them a particular interest in commercial law and current regulatory developments.
In addition to his legal work, Fabian plays a key organizational role within the student team. In particular, he serves as the point of contact for administrative processes related to attorneys, file management, and file maintenance, thereby contributing significantly to the efficient and reliable organization of client matters.
Even before joining rk partners, he was able to gain practical insight into the day-to-day work of the courts, which allowed him to develop an early understanding of court procedures and the structure of legal proceedings.
Fabian speaks German and English fluently and has a basic knowledge of Polish.
