Matthias Leeb is a committed and highly qualified trainee lawyer with a focus on public commercial law as well as corporate and commercial law. He successfully completed his law studies at the Karl-Franzens-University Graz at the beginning of 2023; at the same time, he gained broad practical experience in leading commercial law firms.
Matthias Leeb already worked as a student assistant at the Institute for Corporate and International Business Law during his studies. This was followed by positions as an intern and legal trainee at E+H Rechtsanwälte in the Corporate/M&A department and as an intern at GRAWE IMMO AG, where he gained insights into real estate law issues. From July 2023, he joined the Corporate/M&A team of Baker McKenzie Vienna as an associate and worked on complex national and cross-border transactions.
Matthias published an analysis on the transformation of EU investment protection law in 2023 and thus brings in-depth knowledge of international business law.
He speaks German and English.
