Matthias Leeb is a dedicated and well-rounded Associate and trainee lawyer specializing in public commercial law as well as corporate and business law. He successfully completed his law degree at the Karl-Franzens University of Graz in early 2023; during that time, he also gained extensive practical experience at leading commercial law firms.
While still a student, Matthias Leeb worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Corporate and International Business Law. This was followed by positions as an intern and legal trainee at E+H Rechtsanwälte in the Corporate/M&A practice group, as well as an internship at GRAWE IMMO AG, where he gained insight into real estate law issues. In July 2023, he joined the Corporate/M&A team at Baker McKenzie Vienna as an associate and worked on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.
In 2023, Matthias published an analysis on the evolution of EU investment protection law, bringing in-depth knowledge of international commercial law to the firm.
He speaks German and English.
