Richard has been part of the rk partners team since March 2024. After working as a student assistant and then as a legal associate, he now holds a management position. His legal practice focuses on regulatory issues, with an emphasis on energy and environmental law (energie-recht.at).
In addition, he has a strong understanding of technical, economic and organizational contexts and works at the interface of law, digitalization and strategic development. In particular, he supports economically significant and conceptually challenging projects relating to the digital presence, the structural development of the law firm and the development of new companies and business areas.
Richard speaks fluent German and English.
