Rita Schwarzinger has been the head of office since October 2025. Prior to this, she worked in another law firm for more than seven years – first as an assistant, later as head of the office – and thus brings extensive operational experience to the day-to-day running of the firm.
At rk partners, she is responsible in particular for fee invoicing, bookkeeping, filing pleadings in the Web-ERP, deadline and file management as well as professional correspondence with clients, courts and authorities. With structured processes, a high level of service orientation and an eye for the essentials, she ensures efficient and smooth law firm operations.
