Sevhan Hoebek studied law at Ankara University. In her academic work, she specialized in banking, finance, and commercial law. She is a member of the Ankara Bar Association.
In Turkey, she advised one of the country’s most prestigious banks, Halkbank. Her practice focused primarily on commercial, banking, and business law.
Through her consulting work for Lehman Brothers in Turkey, she also gained extensive experience in patent and bankruptcy law. She also worked for RCT in Ankara in the areas of acquisitions, investments, and corporate analysis.
In Vienna, Sevhan Hoebek advised three different law firms as part of their respective Turkish desks. In addition, she served as a legal advisor to the Turkish Consulate.
She represents some of the most important Turkish business associations in Austria. Through her active involvement with the Austrian-Turkish Business Association (ATIS), she strengthens trade relations between Austria and Turkey.
Sevhan Hoebek has extensive business networks in Turkey, Libya, the United Arab Emirates, and Iran. Through these networks, she facilitates investments between these countries and the member states of the European Union.
In addition, she advises individuals on legal issues related to investments and starting a business in Turkey.
Sevhan Hoebek speaks German, English, and Turkish.
