Verena Heffermann is a renowned lawyer specializing in corporate, company and general commercial law with many years of professional experience in an international environment. As a business economist (Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration) and certified tax advisor, she always considers the tax implications in structuring and transactions. Especially in the field of M&A and restructuring, but also for financing as well as corporate governance & compliance, she is able to put her dual qualification to good use. She supports Austrian companies and their shareholders in all their corporate law issues and projects, including company register matters, handles notary appointments and official procedures (notifications) for them by proxy and, last but not least, advises on annual financial statements and disclosure issues.
