Siegbert Nagl is a qualified tax advisor. As the head of the Private Clients division at PWC Austria, he has acquired a deep understanding of the issues associated with foundations, family offices, asset structuring and wealth succession.
He focuses on international tax structuring, including refinancing and transfer pricing. He also lectures on these subjects at the Academy for Tax and Law and other institutions.
As the former head of the tax department of OMV, he also has extensive practical experience in the fields of group tax law, risk management, financing and controlling.
As a lecturer and author specialising in transfer pricing and BEPS as well as foundations, he combines his experience with theoretical expertise at the highest level.
His strength lies in his ability to combine tax expertise and a business perspective with judgment and experience to create a holistic approach.
